The high volume of traveler transfer and tourism missions managed each month, and the need to better communicate with its customers, led the management team to opt for WAY-Plan management software in the summer of 2017.
The challenge was important, it was necessary to rethink the entire organization of the company, whose team did not have an efficient centralized tool.

After a first training, followed by a one-week team support mission, the company was able to modernize and use the most important functionalities of the software, notably
- the dispatch department now optimizes its schedules thanks to Visualimo
- the people in charge of the airport reception are connected to WAY-Plan and propose the reception panels for the arrival of the passengers
- all drivers use the WAY-D mobile application!
